These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of avspainting.com (the "Site") and the services provided by AVS Painting & Epoxies Inc ("AVS Painting," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our Site, requesting a quote, or enrolling in our SMS text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
AVS Painting provides epoxy and concrete coating, floor preparation, and related painting services in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by text are non-binding good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written agreement and may be adjusted based on on-site conditions (e.g., concrete condition, moisture, surface area, or scope changes). No contract for services exists until a written estimate or agreement is accepted by both parties.

Program description: This is a customer-care and conversational messaging program for people who request a quote or service from AVS Painting. If you provide your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on one of our quote or contact forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from AVS Painting & Epoxies Inc related to your project, including:
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project stage. You may receive several messages during active discussion and install scheduling, then few or none once the project is complete.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. AVS Painting & Epoxies Inc does not charge you for messages directly — any costs come from your wireless plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe and stop receiving text messages. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content at our discretion.
All content on the Site — including text, photographs of our completed projects, logos, and graphics — is the property of AVS Painting & Epoxies Inc or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Workmanship warranties, where offered, are described in your written estimate or agreement and on our Warranty page. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVS Painting & Epoxies Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for services performed is governed by the written agreement for those services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
