Mobile information sharing: Mobile information (phone numbers, opt-in / opt-out records, and message contents) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through our SMS program are used solely to communicate with you about your AVS project. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver these messages (our SMS carrier Twilio), bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent records: When you check the SMS consent box on our forms, we log the verbatim consent language you saw, the timestamp of your submission, your IP address, browser user-agent, and which form you used. These records are retained for 4 years per TCPA requirements and may be produced upon carrier or regulatory request.
