What's Covered

Our 10-year product guarantee covers defects in the epoxy coating system when installed by AVS Painting Inc under normal residential or commercial use. If your floor experiences any of the following issues within 25 years of installation, we'll inspect it and make it right — at no cost to you.

Peeling — coating lifting or separating from the concrete surface
Delamination — layers of the coating system separating from each other
Hot tire pickup — coating pulling up due to hot vehicle tires
Chemical degradation — breakdown from common household and automotive chemicals
Yellowing — discoloration of the clear coat from UV exposure
Flaking — sections of coating chipping or flaking away under normal use

Exclusions

What's Not Covered

Our guarantee covers the epoxy coating system itself — not issues caused by external factors beyond our control. The following are not covered under this guarantee:

Normal wear and tear — surface scuffing and minor scratching from daily use over many years
Physical abuse or misuse — impact damage from dropped heavy objects, dragging sharp metal, or grinding equipment directly on the surface
Improper maintenance — use of harsh chemicals (bleach, muriatic acid, industrial solvents) that damage the coating
Acts of God — flooding, fire, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
Structural concrete issues — new cracks from soil settlement, hydrostatic pressure, or foundation movement that occur after installation
Modifications by others — alterations, repairs, or coatings applied over our system by third parties

We Inspect

We schedule a visit to inspect the floor in person. We'll assess the issue, determine whether it's a covered defect, and explain our findings clearly. No runaround, no fine print games.

We Resolve

If the issue is covered under our guarantee, we repair or recoat the affected area at no cost to you. We use the same professional-grade materials and process as the original installation. Your floor is made right.
